Dialogs
Forms open in a dialog, with the page still visible behind it.
Creating and editing happens in a dialog. The title says what you're doing, and the footer has Cancel on the left and the main action on the right.
When to use
- Create and edit forms
- Wider dialogs for documents with line items
When not to use
- A dialog that opens another dialog
- Read-only information; use a page
