Rules
- Sentence case for titles, buttons, menus and labels.
- Buttons are a verb and a noun: Create invoice, Post, Send by email.
- Name the record in confirmations and messages: “Delete INV-2026-0142?”
- Errors explain the fix: what went wrong and what to do about it.
- Missing values show as an em dash (—), never “N/A” or “null”.
