Brand
Uktupus Orange is kept for the action that matters: the primary button, links, focus and the active item. It never fills large areas.
Neutrals
Stone-tinted neutrals do most of the work. They give Uktupus a warm, paper-like feel instead of a cold grey one.
Status
Status colours only describe state. They usually appear as a soft tint behind text, like a badge or a highlighted row, and always come with a word or an icon, never colour alone.
Rules
- One orange button per screen.
- No gradients, anywhere in the product.
- Text on white uses Ink, Slate or Stone, never pure black.
- Charts use a separate series palette. Use status colours in charts only when the series is a status.
